Image Color Correction Tips

Color correcting images is a two step process. First, you have to assess the image (or figure out what the color problem lies in the image). Then you have to figure out which colors should be adjusted to make the image correct.

If an image is too red, should you remove magenta and yellow or add cyan? If the image is too green, should you remove cyan and yellow or add magenta? You can use the color correction tips below as a guide to help you determine which color adjustment may be best:
